Partnership Opportunity
Under the FOCO Model, the landowner contributes developed agricultural land that meets BRIO's infrastructure
requirements, while BRIO Hydroponics undertakes investor acquisition, marketing, business development,
project implementation coordination and operational support.

Identification and onboarding of suitable investors for hydroponic farming projects.
2) Marketing & Business Development
Promotion of the hydroponic park, investor outreach, branding and business expansion activities.
3) Project Implementation Coordination
End-to-end coordination between stakeholders for smooth execution of the hydroponic project.
4) Hydroponic Infrastructure Support
Technical assistance for development of hydroponic infrastructure and related facilities.
5) Ongoing Business Support
Continuous operational guidance, business support and growth initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Revenue Streams
1) Annual Lease Income
